The applicant shall apply to RFO.

The application shall be forwarded to DCF after having been scrutinised and opined about by RFO.

The cattle breeder has to inform the RFO about death or injury of cattle.
Type of cattle, details of injury/death, location shall be provided along with application.
The application is scrutinized along with Site visit, Map of the incident location and Panchnama (statement of witnesses) by the RFO and is presented before DCF.
After examining application, supporting documents, certificate of veterinary doctor and nature of injury received from RFO, order of compensation is given by the DCF as per the government’s rule.

The victim has to make an application to FSO.
Details of injury, identity proof and copy of ration card shall be required to be produced along with application.
The application is scrutinized by the FSO and is presented before DCF.
After examining application, supporting documents, medical certificate, certificate of hospitalization if admitted into hospital, nature of injury, etc. received from FSO, order of compensation is given by the DCF as per the government’s rule.

The successors of the victim have to make an application to RFO.
Copy of succession, identity proof and copy of ration card shall be required to be produced along with application.
The application is scrutinized along with Site visit, Map of the incident location and Panchnama (statement of witnesses) by the RFO and is presented before DCF.
After examining application, supporting documents, police report and PM report received from RFO, order of compensation is given by the DCF as per the government’s rule.
